1. 📦 NATURE OF THE SERVICE AND OPERATION
The online store Shopvault is operated by MERCHELYZ, a Single-Member Simplified Joint Stock Company (SASU), registered with the Paris RCS under number 991 429 978, with registered office at 60 Rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France.
Products offered for sale are new and come from partner logistics centres located:
In France
Within the European Union
Outside the European Union
MERCHELYZ coordinates orders, tracking, and customer service, without holding physical stock.
2. 🌍 DELIVERY AREAS
Deliveries are offered to: ✅ Mainland France and Corsica ✅ European Union ✅ United Kingdom, United States, and the rest of the world
Customers must check their address eligibility before placing an order. MERCHELYZ cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to an invalid address.
3. ⏱ PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Order processing: validation and preparation usually within 1 to 3 business days.
Estimated delivery times by zone:
France & European Union: 5 to 15 business days
United Kingdom (UK): 7 to 20 business days
United States (USA): 7 to 25 business days
Rest of the world: 10 to 30 business days
These times are indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
⚠️ MERCHELYZ cannot be held responsible for delays due to:
Strikes or social movements
Logistical blockages
Customs clearance or formalities
Health crises or natural disasters
Force majeure or events beyond its control
4. 💰 SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping fees are clearly displayed before order confirmation and may vary according to:
Destination
Product weight and volume
Product type
In some cases, delivery may be offered according to current promotional offers. For deliveries within France and the EU, fees include VAT and customs duties (DDP). For deliveries outside the EU, any applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
5. 🔎 TRACKING AND RECEIPT
After dispatch, a tracking number is provided by email (when available). Tracking may take 48 to 72 hours to become active.
If an order is shipped in multiple parcels, the customer will receive multiple tracking numbers.
6. 📬 DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of order. In case of an incorrect address (incomplete, erroneous, or non-existent), MERCHELYZ declines all responsibility.
⚠️ Any order returned for these reasons will result, at the customer's choice, in:
Reshipment at the customer’s expense,
Or partial refund, after deduction of shipping and handling fees.
7. 🚫 UNRECEIVED OR LOST PARCELS
If a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier but the customer claims not to have received it, an official investigation will be opened.
⚠️ No refund or reshipment will be made before the conclusion of this investigation.
In case of confirmed loss, MERCHELYZ will offer, subject to availability:
Either reshipment of the product
Or full refund of the order
8. ⚠️ FORCE MAJEURE
In accordance with Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, MERCHELYZ cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure of delivery resulting from a force majeure event, including:
Natural disasters
War or conflict
Pandemic
Strikes or network blockages
Supplier failure

Customers outside the EU: exclusive jurisdiction of French courts
